36. Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves

Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey has been married to Brazilian model Camila Alves for nine years now. They first met back in 2006 in a Los Angeles bar. According to McConaughey, it was love at first sight. They clicked instantly, and their first date was held at McConaughey’s Malibu house. Two years later, Alves gave birth to their first child, Levi. Two years after that, Alves gave birth to their daughter, Vida. They got engaged on Christmas Day in 2011 and moved to Texas the following year. In June of that same year, they tied the knot in a private ceremony in Austin. A year after their wedding, they had their third child, Livingston.

Today, the couple and their kids currently live at their home in Texas. They have since sold their Malibu home for nearly $15 million, a $5 million investment return for the family from its original price. Despite living in Texas, the family has sometimes lived in other places, such as in Thailand during the taping of McConaughey’s movie Gold.
