44. Ken Jeong and Tran Ho

Ken Jeong is one of the comedians who never fails to leave his audience laughing out loud. What most don’t know, however, is that aside from being a comedian, Jeong used to be a practicing medical doctor. This was how he met his wife Tran Ho in 2004 when both were practicing at a hospital in Los Angeles. In that same year, they tied the knot. After their marriage, Jeong quit the practice while Ho continued. Together, they have twin daughters, Zooey and Alexa, who were born in 2007.

Today, Ho is still practicing as a family physician. Meanwhile, Jeong has pursued acting full-time while keeping his medical license, which he got five years after graduating with a pre-med degree at Duke University in 1990. From time to time, Jeong assists in medical procedures on-and-off the set, whenever it’s needed.
